One of the workers is standing atop trimmed tree limbs and hacking away with his machete. OSHA would shut down our job site if we were in the states. Glad we're here instead.

Week four and the gazebo is only just underway. The guy shows up about once a week. Fortunately we don't have any garden parties scheduled soon.

The worker in the pink shirt is our new full time gardner - his name is Ricardo. He is a very hard worker.

Our flowering fence vines are taking off - Patricia says they will cover the fence in just a few months. They will have blue flowers that bloom year round.

We have one section of these bright yellow Day-Lillies - around 450 plants. We are beginning to see a few blooms.
