My favorite time of the day is the morning - I love the way the sun casts shadows across the garden We were having dinner on the terrace and just before the sun set there were thousands of sparkling lights in all the trees - this was the first time we ever noticed this event - the sun must have caught the leaves just right Another view of the sparkling trees - you can just see the lights if you look real hard - the weather has been absolutely beautiful

The dry season is the favorite for flowers - we haven't had rain for over a month so we are doing a lot of watering. We have two natural springs on our property that we use to water the garden. After two weekends of work the waterfall is nearly done - they will be adding flag stone to the steps so that it will have a more natural appearance and sound. We will put lots of lush tropical plants around the base of the waterfall to make it blend into the hillside.
Our new waterfall project begins - these two guys are fun to watch. After a day and a half they are half way there Noche sits on bedroom table surveying his garden domain The Bird of Paradise are blooming
